First Time Here?

Is this the first time visiting this page? Have you just done your ordeal, and are now wondering now what do I do? No Worries, we are here to help you.

The next OA event is: Is the Febuary Meeting which will be held at Fox Valley Technical College in Room A141, Enter Door 15 and look for the Signs pointing to the room. The Date for the meeting is February 9th. The Meeting starts at 6:30pm; also make sure to bring movie ideas for the March meeting. Any movie that you would like to watch that is of course PG-13 or lower. Hope to see you all there.

Also for those of you that have facebook you can join our chapters group, we occasionally send out messages to alert you of upcoming events and important notices(meeting changes or other major things)

So take some time to look over the chapter website. If you have any question do not hesitate to ask us.

OA Troop/Team Representative

There is many troops/teams who have not notified us of their units OA Troop/Team Representative. Each unit is strongly encouraged to appoint one. It does count as a position fo rank advancement.

Each OA Troop/Team Representative is to attend the monthly chapter meetings, gather any information, and then bring it back to the troop/team's OA Members. It is a great link between the units and the Order of the Arrow.

You can attend any of the chapter meetings and we can get you all signed up to be an OA Troop/Team Representative. Also, we can answer any questions you may have!

Nimat Program

A Nimat is basically somebody who helps an Ordeal member through the process of reaching Brotherhood and making sure that he is fully prepared to receive the Brotherhood. They are encouraged to attend at least two chapter events, two lodge events, and at least one other event that could be another chapter or lodge event or a section, regional, or national event. Over the 10 months it takes to reach Brotherhood. That is kind of what the program is in a nut shell.

If you are interested in being a Nimat or would like further information, please let Jake (Chapter Chief) or Michael (Nimat Chair) know and they would be more than willing to help you out. You can earn a teal bordered patch if you help three ordeal members reach Brotherhood.

We would greatly appreciate anyone who is willing to help out. It truly could make a huge difference in someone's life and mean a lot to them. You also could make a new friend and help develop a fairly new program!
